This page explains what the Kaam Kaaj website does with information you send through the enquiry form. It is a plain-language notice for this site, not a substitute for advice on a specific project contract.
What you can send
The form asks for your name, business name, email, phone number, the service you need, a preferred timeline and a description of the project. Business name and timeline are optional. The price is not shown on the site. It is sent in the quote after you write in.
Why it is collected
Those details are used to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a scope and quote. They are not sold, and this website does not use them for advertising profiles.
Where it goes
If an inbox is configured, the enquiry is emailed there. A webhook or Resend can be used instead. If none of those is configured, the form tells you so and does not store or send the message. The site does not keep a public database of enquiries.
Cookies and analytics
The current build of this website does not set advertising cookies and does not include a third-party analytics script. If that changes, this page should be updated before the tool is added.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails or webhook records are kept long enough to respond and to complete any project that follows. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted.
