Background
A chartered accountancy practice needed one desk for clients, compliance dates, invoices and incoming queries instead of spreading that work across chats and sheets.
The problem
Filing dates, unpaid fees and client queries lived in different places, so it was easy to miss what needed attention today.
Objectives
- Show the day’s deadlines, documents and queries on one dashboard.
- Keep client files, invoices and the lead list in the same workspace.

A practice desk with a dashboard, document collection, compliance tracker, lead pipeline, invoices and a client list.
