Define the scope, the structure, the timeline and the design direction before production starts.
Design, develop and test the solution against the agreed scope.
Deploy, hand the work over, and provide the ongoing support that was agreed.
Packages
Each package lists what is included. Write in for the price once the scope is clear.

For a catalogue that visitors can browse, and a checkout that is configured.
Dashboards, booking tools and internal workflows, scoped to the way the business actually runs.
About Kaam Kaaj

Kaam Kaaj is a digital services team focused on helping businesses build a stronger online presence. From websites and digital experiences to practical tools for business operations, we combine thoughtful design with reliable execution.
The pages, features and responsibilities are written down before visual work begins.
A visitor should understand the business and know how to take the next step.
Quotes, revisions and what is included are explained in words a client can use.
The work is delivered with the access and notes needed to run what was agreed.
Questions
Answers follow the published packages. A quote can set different terms for a specific project.
Send a note through the enquiry form, or on WhatsApp or email once those details are published on this site. Share the business, what you need, any pages or references you already like, and a rough budget if you have one. We reply with questions, then a written scope and quote before any paid work starts.
Pricing is sent in a written quote after we understand the pages, content and features. Domain, hosting, paid software, premium plugins, subscriptions and anything outside the agreed scope may cost extra. Taxes, if they apply, are confirmed in the quote. Use the enquiry form to ask for a price.
It depends on the number of pages, how ready the content is, and how quickly feedback comes back. We confirm a timeline in writing after the scope is clear. We do not publish a fixed number of days, because that number would not be true for every project.
We can guide the setup. Domain registration, hosting, email and other third-party accounts are billed by those providers unless a quote explicitly includes them. You should own the accounts in the business name.
Yes. A redesign can cover structure, visual design and a new build, or a more limited set of pages. We look at what is already live, what should stay, and what the new site needs to do, then quote that scope.
Yes, as a separate agreement. Maintenance can include agreed updates, performance checks, backups where the hosting supports them, and a point of contact for technical help. What is included is written into that agreement. It is not automatically part of a website package.
Yes. Dashboards, booking systems, admin panels and other business workflows are quoted from the people who will use them and the tasks the tool must support. Integrations and features are listed in the scope, and the price is in that quote.
Payment stages are set out in the quote before work begins. Starter Website includes one revision round. Business Growth Website and E-commerce Website include two. A revision round is one set of consolidated feedback on the agreed work. Further rounds, or changes outside the scope, are quoted separately.
